Department Chairs should discuss retention cases for outstanding faculty with the CNS Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, Shardha Jogee, and Dean David Vanden Bout as soon as they are aware of an emergent solution and at least three weeks before the faculty member’s deadline for responding to an external offer.
A retention proposal will need to be submitted to the Provost’s Office by CNS Faculty Affairs.
