Description
The UT Austin BioML Society, in partnership with Dell Medical School and LEAH Laboratories, is hosting the BioML Challenge 2024: Bits to Binders. This event will begin with a virtual kickoff event on August 24th at 11am CST. Participants will work in teams to design protein binders that must express, bind to a target antigen and activate an immune response from its associated CAR-T cell. Don’t miss out on the chance to contribute to the AI x Biology community and have a chance to take the trophy for best design method. For registration and more details, visit biomlsociety.org/challenge.
During the kickoff, which will be a virtual Zoom workshop, the agenda will include:
- Announcement of the binding target
- Example workflow presented by the UT Austin BioML Society
- Work time with breakout rooms for computational support provided by KungFu AI
- Presentations from partners including TACC, LEAH Labs and more.
