The Center for Learning and Memory at the University of Texas at Austin invites you to a free public education event: “Exploring Memory Through Research: A Focus on Healthy Aging.”

Description

This interactive, informative program will include:

  • Panel discussion with  Center for Learning and Memory faculty about the neuroscience of healthy brain aging. Laura Rice of The Texas Standard will moderate a talk with:
    • Dr. Audrey Brumback, Assistant Professor of Neurology
    • Dr. Michael Drew, Associate Professor of Neuroscience 
    • Dr. David Paydarfar, Chair, Department of Neurology
  • Hands-on activity booths to learn about the brain and neuroscience research
  • The opportunity to meet the Center for Learning & Memory faculty and learn about their research programs
