Deadline for students to submit an abstract to speak on their research projects in this annual student research symposium.
Description
Undergraduate researchers from UT and across Texas will speak on their research projects in the biological and chemical sciences and may participate in the Science Slam.
General sessions will include 8-minute research presentations followed by 2 minutes of questions. Science Slam talks are 3-minute “elevator” talks in which students describe their research targeting a non-scientist/layperson audience. Graduate schools from across Texas will also be at the event for recruiting.
Abstract deadline is September 8th.
