This interactive seminar helps College of Natural Sciences students explore, discover what's possible and build the skills and connections to navigate the future.
The seminar offers:
- Provides guidance through walk-ins and individual appointments to help you discover yourself
- Support as you build professional tools, creating a resume, Linkedln profile and more
- Practice with telling your story to sharpen your interview skills and elevator pitch
- Chances to build a community with peers, peer mentors and career coaches.
- Opportunities to learn about internships, jobs, and what's out there for you, so you leave with a plan that is right for you
Health Professions Pathways Seminar Series
The Health Professions Pathways seminar series brings together pre-health students and mentors to build a supportive community dedicated to helping UT students develop strong, competitive applications for health professional programs. These seminars are open to all UT students pursuing healthcare careers and are designed to strengthen both academic preparation and professional development, as students develop:
- Professional competencies valued by health professions programs and employers
- A strong and organized pre-health portfolio
- Confidence in critical thinking and situational judgment
- A supportive network of peers and mentors
- A competitive and well-prepared application
