Natural Sciences Individual Appointment

Individual appointments are available for prospective students visiting when a CNS Information Session or Tour is not offered. Appointments are generally with a CNS Student Recruiter and are intended to identify helpful applicant resources, share experiences, and answer questions about opportunities in the College of Natural Sciences. We do not offer academic advising or interviews for admission.

Contact to request an individual appointment at least one week in advance of your intended visit. Appointments are Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm only and are based on availability.

Natural Sciences Honors Programs

CNS Honors Programs are incorporated into the general College of Natural Sciences information session. This session provides an overview of honors programs alongside many other outstanding student resources and opportunities in the college. Register for a session.

Computer Science Campus Visits

Provides an opportunity to visit a class and interact with faculty, advisors, and current students in Computer Science. More information is available on the Computer Science visit page.

Health Professions Individual Appointments and Information Session

All prospective UT Austin students interested in the health care profession are welcome to attend a Health Professions information sessions, when available. These sessions are in conjunction with Office of Admissions events (Longhorn Saturday's in July, August, September or Longhorn Monday's in October, November, and February) and cover general information about pre-health profession tracks as well as services provided by the Health Professions Office to help with academic and career planning.

School of Human Ecology Individual Appointments

Please contact Sandra Catlett if you are interested in scheduling an individual appointment to learn more about Human Ecology, Human Development and Family Sciences, Nutritional Sciences, or Textiles and Apparel. Two weeks advance notice required. Appointments may not be available during peak periods.

UTeach Natural Sciences

Please contact UTeach Natural Sciences at 512-232-2770 to set up an individual appointment with an academic advisor. Please call at least two weeks in advance. Appointments may not be available during peak advising and registration times.
