About Dr. Preston
Dr. Preston is Professor of Neuroscience at UT Austin. She studies the neurobiological systems that allow us to remember the individual events of our lives—termed episodic memory. She uses a combination of behavioral and brain imaging techniques to explore how we form new memories, how we remember past experiences, and how our memory for the past influences what we learn in the present.
