Dr. Jordan Casey
Dr. Jordan Casey is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Austin Marine Science Institute. She joined UT in 2021 after earning her Ph.D. at James Cook University and completing postdocs at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History and the Centre de Recherches Insulaires et Observatoire de l’Environnement in France and French Polynesia. As a marine ecologist, Jordan studies biological interactions in marine ecosystems, using molecular tools to map food webs and assess their resilience to global change.
