Local and international speakers will share their innovative research and program efforts for preventing falls for people living with dementia and supporting their caregivers. Community services and healthcare organizations, service providers, volunteers, people living with dementia and caregivers are welcome to attend. Funding is provided by St. David’s HealthCare.
