The day of the University-wide Honors Day, the College of Natural Sciences holds a pre-celebration of our fantastic CNS honors students at the CNS Scholars Day Reception.
Description
Students being honored at the College of Natural Sciences event will receive a personal invitation from Associate Dean Michael Drew for their family and friends to attend a lunch reception. This come-and-go event is an opportunity to celebrate your achievements with family, friends and mentors in an informal setting. Enjoy light bites, SHIFT Makers mocktails, photo stations and complimentary access to the museum as we celebrate your achievements.
There is no formal award ceremony — honors students may attend the University Ceremony later in the afternoon to receive cords and medallions.
College & Distinguished Honors Awards: Please note that there are separate registration processes for the College and University events on this date. The University-wide Honors Day ceremony will be held on Friday, March 27th at 4:00pm. Honors students and their families are invited to attend both events, but you may choose to attend just one or the other. Cords are handed out at the University-wide ceremony, not the college celebration.
