Welcome to The Graduate Program in Ecology, Evolution and Behavior at The University of Texas at Austin!
The Program is a consortium of faculty from several Departments of the College of Natural Science whose research focuses on Behavior, Ecology, Evolution, Systematics and Genomics. These faculty supervise graduate students whose Ph.D. degrees are based on empirical and theoretical research in these areas.
In a US News and World Report called US News Education America's Best Graduate Schools: 2014 Edition, the Ecology, Evolution and Behavior graduate program is ranked 7th in Ecology / Evolutionary Biology.
The Graduate Program in Ecology, Evolution and Behavior supports graduate students with grants and assistantships in addition to the resources generally available in the College of Natural Science.
