Research shows students who live on-campus in smaller community settings their first year have on average higher GPAs and experience an easier transition to college life.
All WINS participants have the opportunity to live with other like-minded female science students in either Kinsolving
Residence Halls. This is not mandatory for program participation but is highly encouraged. Preference will be given to students who choose to take advantage of this opportunity. If you are accepted into the program and have an on-campus housing contract, we will work with Housing to place you into your choice of either Kinsolving or Jester.
Another great benefit of living together on campus is the ability to more easily take advantage of the free tutoring available at our Residence Hall Study Groups
which are can be found in the lobbies of both Kinsolving and Jester Sunday - Thursday evenings.
Did we mention it's fun!
