Director for Student Programs

We are looking for faculty, postdoc, and graduate student judges to evaluate poster presentations and to provide feedback for the students.  It's a simple process – you arrive, check in at the judges table, and get assigned to a poster in your discipline. You then spend 10-15 minutes speaking with the student and evaluating the quality of the presentation/work.  You can judge as few or as many posters as you like.

Volunteer Judges: Sign Up Here

Not participating in the Forum this year? Come out and volunteer. We are always looking for extra hands to check in participants, put up posters, run small errands, and just help us make this event go off with a blast.

Student Volunteers: Sign Up Here
(this link will open in Feb 2020; you can contact tides@cns.utexas.edu if you would like to talk about volunteer opportunities for you or your student organization)

Did you graduate from the College of Natural Sciences at UT? Our current students would appreciate your feedback on their research projects informed by your real world experience. Please join us!

For more information about the day of the event and how you can particpate, contact Lynda Gonzales, Forum Coordinator, at lyndag@austin.utexas.edu or 512-232-8345.
