UTeach Spreads to 13 Universities Across the Nation
AUSTIN, Texas—After 10 years of incubation at The University of Texas at Austin, the highly successful teacher preparation program UTeach is spreading to other universities throughout the country, thanks to a partnership with the National Math and Science Initiative and the Texas High School Project.

Since its inception in 1997, UTeach has doubled the number of mathematics and science majors being certified to become teachers at The University of Texas at Austin.
