To all CNS Staff:
We are currently managing a very large volume of deployment requests during a time when incidents are also high due to the end of the semester approaching. CNS IT staff are working extremely hard to handle both needs while short-staffed. We ask for your patience as we run through all incidents and requests. We will need to focus on emergency needs first. Please be sure to identify the business case if a deployment request requires a higher priority. Thank you.
