The College of Natural Sciences Summer Research Academy offers high school students and incoming University of Texas at Austin freshmen the chance to experience research and mentorship opportunities during the summer.

1. High School Research Academy – This academy places high school juniors and seniors in research experiences with faculty and research groups.  For more information about the program and how to apply click here.

2. Incoming UT Students – Recent high school graduates or transfer students who have been accepted to UT Austin can participate in research the summer before they begin their degree work as part of an early-start program such as Summer Honors Chemistry or the Degree-in-Three.  To learn more about each option, please click on the links below.
