Who Can Be a Mentor?

CNS encourages all of its upper-division undergraduate students, graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, faculty members, alumni, and industry friends to participate in Open Mentoring™.   Women and underrepresented populations in particular are highly encouraged to participate since the corresponding student populations continually list "role models" as one of their greatest needs in making a connection to their major and prospective careers.
