Timeline October 1, 2013: Promotion materials are to be uploaded to the Provost's Office Sharepoint site. (Requests for hard copy originals will follow.) CNS Promotion and Tenure Committee begins to review promotion materials. October 14-30, 2013: CNS Promotion and Tenure Committee meets to deliberate and vote on promotion candidates. Early November 2013: Promotion materials are due to the Provost's Office. Early December 2013: Dean Hicke will meet with the President's Committee to discuss promotion candidates. Mid-December 2013: President will notify the Dean of promotion and tenure decisions. Mid-January 2014: Deadline to notify the Provost's Office (with a copy to the Dean) of the intent to submit final arguments for terminal appointment decisions. January 31, 2014: Deadline to submit final arguments for terminal appointment decisions. Mid-February 2014: President will notify Dean of outcome of pending terminal appointment decisions.
