Petitions to the University CorePetitions regarding core curriculum are handled by the College of Undergraduate Studies (UGS). You can obtain more information about the petition process here. Grade Change Forms (505)Faculty should submit grade change forms directly to Student Records. Forms are available in the departmental offices. Grade change requests must be for academic reasons only.
