Residential Halls Study Groups is here to give you the space, time, and support so that you can meet, study and collaborate with your classmates in a calm, accessible environment that has the resources necessary to help you get done what you need to get done. It's as simple as getting together with  your classmates to study, and it's as thorough as you want it to be, with a whole range of resources, staff, and seminars available to supplement your classroom experience.

In addition to study spaces in Jester West and Kinsolving, which are available to students from any class who want to study together, we provide the following support:

  • Specific resources for BIO 311C/D, CH 301/D, M 408K/L/M, M 408C/D, PHY317, BIO325, CS305J.
  • A schedule of TAs and faculty who are holding office hours in conjunction with the Study Groups program.
  • Classroom space for TAs and Faculty to hold review sessions and supplemental instruction.
  • Nearby snack-bar and photocopier; wireless environment.
  • A Student Facilitator program for students interested in being certified as tutors capable of leading study groups.
