- If you have a question related to your class, contact your instructor or teaching assistant.
- If you have a complaint about a course, follow these steps.
- If you are missing classes, go to WCH 1.106 or call 471-4536 or email nsinfo@uts.cc.utexas.edu.
- Any questions about degree plans and advising should be directed to your assigned advisor. If you do not know who your advisor is, contact the student division at 471-4536.
- If you have a concern about a faculty member, course, program or advisor, contact Dr. David Laude, associate dean for undergraduate education.
Non-Academic Issues
- If you are having a health, financial or personal issue that is impacting your coursework, speak with one of our counselors.
- To make an appointment, call (512) 471-4536 or email.
- If this is an emergency, contact University Police at 471-4441.

Steps for filing a course complaint:
- Talk to your professor or teaching assistant.
- If this doesn't address your problem, speak with the chairperson of the department in which your course is being taught.
- If you have attempted (1) and (2) above and your complaint has not been addressed, contact Dr. David Laude, associate dean for undergraduate education.
