The College of Natural Sciences is fortunate to have the support and involvement of hundreds of corporations, foundations and associations. Partnerships leverage the business acumen and academic knowledge to support the teaching and research missions of the College and the objectives of the partner. Designed to fit the specific needs of the corporation, foundation or association and the College, partnerships can be broad-based yet customized and incorporate several components including:

• Recruiting activities
Natural Sciences Career Services assists employers in identifying and hiring students and alumni for internships, co-op programs, and full-time employment. Employers can participate in on-campus recruiting, company nights and job fairs and may obtain access to our online system, which provides the opportunity to post jobs, search students' resumes, and manage on-campus recruiting schedules

• Interaction with students and student organizations
Would your company like to meet students in the American Chemical Society? Could your CEO speak to a group of Women in Computer Sciences? The College supports more than 40 diverse student organizations, which offer multiple ways to build a company’s presence among future employees.

• Faculty Support
More than 750 faculty members maintain ongoing relationships with hundreds of industrial partners, allowing both the researchers and industry to leverage strengths and tackle challenges.

• Research
Are you looking for cutting edge research on Nanotechnology? Wondering about obesity trends in the U.S.? Our researchers are unlocking scientific mysteries and searching for ways to positively change society. If you have a specific research interest, we can connect you to the research team.

• Executive involvement
Departments and student organizations invite industry leaders to participate in symposiums and lectures. We welcome the opportunity to introduce our top talent to yours.

• Alumni events
Does your company employ a large group of UT-Natural Sciences alumni? We can host company events to reconnect alumni with the College.
