Residential Hall Study Groups

Note: "Fall Hire Only" indicates that applications for these positions will be accepted in the Spring Semester only, for students to begin work in the fall.

Residential Halls Study Groups is here to give you the space, time, and support so that you can meet, study and collaborate with your classmates in a calm, accessible environment that has the resources necessary to help you get done what you need to get done.

This program is housed within the College of Natural Science Student Division.


Student position(s) within Residential Hall Study Groups:
Tutors
(Fall Hire Only)

To facilitate residence hall study group sessions and provide tutoring in 1st year science courses.

Required Qualifications: 3.0 or higher UT-GPA and/or a B or better in UT/CNS 1st-year courses in the area you will tutor  (i.e., Intro Calculus, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science courses designated for freshmen that are majors in the College of Natural Sciences - for example: M408C, M408D, M408K, M408L, M408S, M305G, CH301, CH302, BIO311C, BIO311D)
