Information Sessions

Information sessions may be scheduled through our office. Please keep in mind, however, that there may be multiple information/pre-recruitment meetings on the same night. As a result, attendance may fluctuate.

Audio Visual Equipment is now available in most rooms around our campus. Please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance if you are planning on an information session and if you have a room preference. If your information session is scheduled in a multimedia room, a key for operating the equipment will need to be picked up in Painter 5.03 before 5:00pm on the day of the event. If you cannot arrive before 5:00pm other plans may be arranged. Technology available in multimedia rooms can be viewed here.
